A Moment With Carol Farrelly

A fantastic example of this was the recent transaction of 3 O’Neill Street, Parafield Gardens. After completing a successful auction campaign for this property we sat down with vendor Carol Farrelly to get an insight into her experience with Ryan Stapleton. 

When Carol started the journey of putting her house on the market trust and an impeccable track record were of the highest importance to her. During the campaign, Carol admitted she felt quite stressed about putting the property on the market and was initially nervous about the outcome as it was seen to have a low amount of interest throughout. We witnessed 4 bidders battling it out for over 45 minutes. There were a total of 112 bids and that resulted in our vendor achieving $72,000 over the reserve. 

Carol couldn’t believe the results they had achieved on auction day.
