Fully qualified as a Sales Consultant since 2001, she spent 13 years in Residential Sales after earlier Marketing roles at Burnside Village and Westfield, building a career grounded in pace, pressure, presentation and people.

That experience now sits behind the scenes at Ray White Norwood, where Marlisa brings a deep understanding of strategic property marketing, client care, legislation, best practice and the digital platforms shaping modern real estate. Her knowledge is broad, but never theoretical. It has been built through years of working directly with vendors, managing expectations and maintaining high standards in environments where detail matters.
