From humble beginnings as Sales Associate to Principal, Jason Spagnuolo, before quickly moving onto Business Coordinator, Sales and Marketing Manager, to now Chief of Operations, the insight, exposure, and experience Ryan has accrued since 2013 forms an incredible foundation and business acumen.

With a passion for people and culture, together with an acute understanding of how to build great teams capable of delivering exceptional service, Ryan’s desire to develop agents and nurture their strengths has become fundamental to Ray White’s rapid growth.
